Sitting in a central role across the agency, you will be primarily responsible for line managing, motivating, coaching and mentoring team members in our high-performing translations team.

Role

Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: £33-37.5k
Line managing members of one of the largest teams in the agency, from entry-level up to managers
Responsible for resource planning and recruitment within your team
Driving output of the team to achieve company targets, through monitoring KPIs and creating efficiencies
Working closely as a central team with other Senior Team Managers to roll out people initiatives, training and ensure consistency across the agency

Requirements

Experience in line management, including monitoring output, holding performance reviews and having strong interpersonal skills
Outstanding time-management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate a team and implement change
As this is a people-focused role, there is an expectation that you will be in the office three times a week
Experience working with, and managing teams in an agency or similar fast-paced environment, working with languages/ translations a plus
